Phil has 40 years of experience in the construction and building industry across all sectors, including commercial, retail, health, aged care, industrial, fit-out, renovation, sports, and residential, and across all stages of project delivery, from inception through to operation.

His fields of expertise include conceptual and design development cost planning, project tender analysis and procurement, project cashflow reporting, project benchmarking and reporting, project expenditure reporting, project change management (variations), and project account finalisation works.

Chris has over 50 years of experience in the construction and building industry, including commercial, retail, industrial, infrastructure, and residential, and across all stages of project delivery.

For the past 30 years, he has been a Director of Cost Control (Victoria) Pty Ltd, primarily preparing cost plans, progress claim assessments & post contract claims management, among other Quantity Surveying Services that he has provided to the industry.
